Box 515 Crozet, VA 22932 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-00-32 —Tax Map 56, Parcel 96A Dear Ms. Poole: The Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals heard your variance application, VA-00-32, on December 5, 2000. The Board ruled (4:0) to approve your request subject to the following conditions: 1. This variance is for the family division shown on the plat prepared by Trueline II dated October 10, 2000 and revised. 2. Note on the plat that Parcel A shall be served by public water. 3. Reference this variance on the plat. 4. An easement that will allow the residue to connect to either public water or public sewer or both must be recorded and shown on the plat. This variance grants relief from Section 4.1.3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a reduction in the minimum required area of a lot with no central water or sewer—from 60,000 to 47,349.72 square feet.
