This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Triton PCS, Inc., (applicant) has made
application for VA-2000-035. The property is described as tax map 73 parcel 31D,zoned RA, Rural
Areas, Samuel Miller Magisterial District. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a reduction
of the front yard setback from 75 to 54 feet to allow construction of a wireless
telecommunication facility including a new 94-foot monopole tower.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Wednesday, January 3, 2001, at 2:00
p.m., in Meeting Room 214, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Building Code and Zoning
Services Office, Second Floor, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
