The applicants requested the deferral in order to pursue other options. The property is described as tax map 018, parcel 8B, zoned Rural Areas, White Hall Magisterial District. The request is as follows: The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the reduction of the front yard setback from 75 feet to 27.5 feet to allow an addition to the dwelling.
