in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County in D. B. 1$6,
p. 238, plat on p. 239, that remained after A. L. Garrison and wife sold off
to J. H. Tnompson by a deed dated February 15th, 1936, and recorded March
2nd, 1936, in D. B. 230, p. 481, plat on p. 481,89 1/10 acres.
A. L. Garrison and Florence A. Garrison covenant with Rae
S. Garrison that they have the right to convey the said land to the grantee;
that the grantee shall have quiet possession of said land, free from all
encumbrances; that they have done no act to encumber said land; and that
they will execute such further assurances of said land as may be requisite.
