For reference purposes here is the LINK to the last site plan on this arcel: SDP198800001.Additionally,attached is the latest
application plan for ZMA1987000007. eed to request a pecia xceptton to modify the building,uses,and parking
IOW the parcel from what' entlriepictediapproved in this application plan. Also,additional research into the ZMA about
the screening trees on this parce rued up documentation that the trees at the rear of the site may be removed as part of a site plan
and do not require a variation(see attached official determination from the Zoning Administrator from 2006).
As requested below are the applications you will need to submit:
