We have welcomed Mr. Parks and his family to our neighborhood and wish them well. Accordingly, we have supported Mr. Parks'petition which he personally circulated among neighbors. However, for record purposes and in the interest of proper procedure, we believe that Zoning Board action on such petitions should be made in a timely manner and not ex post facto We regret exceedingly our inability to attend subject hearing due to an unavoiable conflict..
