Dear Ms Sprinkle
As a proximate neighbor of Mr and Mrs Parks, I am concerned that no variance be
granted that would enable their new structure to be conveyed separately from their main
residence Apart from that concern, I have no objection to a decrease in the setback described in
your letter of November 15.
Solely to avoid my non-objection in the matter of the setback being used against me in the
future, I do wish to point out that, given the configuration of my lot and the placement of my
home upon it, I would object strenuously to the construction of any structure on a joining lot
nearer to my property lines than the law presently allows
If you have comments or questions concerning this letter or if further information is
required, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your steadfast protection of the
rights of property owners in Ivy Farms
