This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.15.12.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. If you are aggrieved by this decision,you have a right to appeal the notice within thirty days in accordance with Section 15.1-496-1 of the Virginia State Code, or the decision shall be final and unappealable. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty days after the decision appealed from by filing with the Circuit Court of Ablemarle County a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof.
