Preliminary comments for the following divisions of the Department of Community Development and other agencies, as applicable, are attached: Albemarle County Division of Engineering - requested changes Albemarle County Division of Planning (Planner) - granted critical slopes disturbance and 20' buffer zone waivers; an extra copy is attached far your convenience Albemarle County Division of Planning (Planner) - requested changes Albemarle County Division of Zoning -pending Albemarle County Division of Inspections - no objections Albemarle County Division of Planning (E911) - no objections Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue - requested changes Albemarle County Service Authority - requested changes Virginia Department of Transportation -pending Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and shouldnotbeconsideredfinal. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues that could affect approval of the proposed project. Please make the revisions that have been identified as necessary for preliminary approval by the SiteReviewCommittee. If you choose not to make the requested revisions, please submit in writingjustificationfornotincorporatingsuchrevisions. Submit eight (8) full size copies and one (1) 11" x 17" copy to the Department of Community Development including responses to each of the attachedcommentsoftheSiteReviewCommitteebyJanuary16, 2012. An 8 inch sewer line is located on the property. 5. An Industrial Waste Ordinance survey form must be completed. 6.
