Any parcels subject to this plan must be part of the application plan itself as well as any associated approvals/conditions. Tax Map 75-63 is also subject to SP 96-53 and the conditions must be shown on the proposed plan. 3. Please indicate the square footage of the proposed structure. 4. It is unclear what parking standards are used in the calculation of parking spaces. If some additional parking standards or waivers are being utitlized, they may be subject to a parking study and will require Zoning Administrator approval. See 4.12.7-4.12.10. 5. Please provide an upated Parking Calculation for uses on the entire site, including a breakdown of the utilized parking standards. 6. Revise the note on CZI-MH-14A to read "Contractor to adjust rim elevation as necessary to match final grade". Sheet 12 of 13: 1. Show the location of the RWSA sewer line in the landscaping plan for the employee parking area. As a separate note, RWSA has reviewed the proposed stairs to be installed over the RWSA easement as shown on sheet 6 and has no objection to their installation at this location. Please note that should any sewer line maintenance require excavation of the sewer at this location, RWSA will be responsible for restoring surface conditions as they exist at present. All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all existing rights associated with its easement, including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easement, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or restore. Please note that all work within the RWSA easement which may impact existing facilities, including but not limited to the tie-in to CZI-MH-11A and raising of RWSA manhole lids to meet new grade, will require on-site inspection by RWSA staff. Please provide two sets of approved plans once they become available. Additionally, RWSA would like to be included in a preconstruction conference once a contractor is selected and asks that staff be notified at least 3 business days in advance of any work within the RWSA easement so that we may schedule an on-site inspector.
