I am submitting an application for review for a new entrance to route 250 from
Pleasant Valley Lane. I have included a sketch plan of the proposed entrance to help
you better understand the situation.
My reasons for wanting the new entrance are for safety and the existing road is in need
of extensive repairing which would not be economical. The surrounding land owners seem
to be in agreement with me on this mattter. I shall be providing you with letters of
approval from these landowners and users of the road. I also understand that this plan is
subject to the county's approval.
