The current proposal shows what appears to be a building of 4 and 5 stories. Even if the design was acceptable to the ARB,the proposal does not appear to be consistent with the SP conditions. Please let me know if you need to discuss this further and I'll set up a meeting with our Zoning division. Thanks.
