The Building Official may provide separate comments. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,which is to the Zoning Ordinance unless otherwise specified.] 1. [4.2.1] [4.2.2.1(a)] It must be demonstrated that each parcel has a building site that conforms to the provisions of Sections 4.2.1 &4.2.2.1(a)of the County Ordinance The building site for the Residue parcel must include the existing house and: have adequate area for 2 septic drain fields It appears that the building site for the Residue parcel does not meet this requirement. 2.
