VDH has provided their approval and there are no additional comments or objections to this application. Please submit
two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final submittal and approval. Once
signed by the Agent for the Board of Supervisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will be returned to
you. If you require additional copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional copies will not be

only comment on this Plat would be that it needs VDH approval of the drainfield location shown on Sheet 4 (VDH Copy
of Sheet 3). 1 have no other Planning comments on it so once VDH approves it it will be ready for signature. Thanks!

only comment on this Plat would be that it needs VDH approval of the drainfield location shown on Sheet 4 (VDH Copy
of Sheet 3). 1 have no other Planning comments on it so once VDH approves it it will be ready for signature. Thanks!
