Thanks for the follow up. I discussed this with Cameron further and we have no additional comments or objections. VDH
also sent me their approvals yesterday afternoon, so this application is ready for final submittal.
Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final submittal and
approval. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Supervisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will
be returned to you. If you require additional copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional
copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it
notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for the follow up on the Shelton project.
I'm not sure if that was approved as a private street, but in this case it doesn't matter for the lot approval.
This property has two dwellings that existed prior to October 14, 2009.
So, no frontage or access required. I did have a pre -application meeting with Francis and Cameron on this
one.
So they should be able to help also, if needed.

Just wanted to give you a quick summary of this project. I sent the soils reports to VDH on 9/22 and their review is
pending. There is a tier II groundwater assessment that has been initiated for this application. I will forward along those
results once I receive them. The only thing I had a question about was regarding Hidden Hillside Ln. Are there any
previous county approvals for that street? It appears it may be a private street, but I was having trouble finding any
history of it. Any help you may be able to provide on that would be appreciated.
