Letter of Revision
Dear Zoning Compliance Officer,
The purpose of this revision request is to modify the current zoning phasing in place for the
above -named project.
Currently, the zoning phasing in Block 1 A includes the entire project, which is made up of two
buildings. The desired zoning phasing would separate each building into its own zoning phase.
The attached marked up page - from the landscaping plan of the approved site plan - shows the
boundaries of each phase as it would appear when revised. Phase 1 includes base paving all of
Block I and installing the cul-de-sac beside Building 2.
