Currently, the zoning phasing in Block 1 A includes the entire project, which is made up of two buildings. The desired zoning phasing would separate each building into its own zoning phase. The attached marked up page - from the landscaping plan of the approved site plan - shows the boundaries of each phase as it would appear when revised.
