This letter is to inform you that the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear your
variance request, VA-2001-022 at their regular public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2001, at
2:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in meeting room 241 on the Second Floor of the County
Office Building at 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Our office has installed a public notice sign on this property. It is your responsibility to maintain
the sign until the hearing. If the sign is vandalized in anyway,please contact our office
immediately.
