The only new structures on site will be an Electrical Switchgear Building and several manholes for a new ductbank installation. These structures will warrant no new parking spaces, and is therefore exempted from a Minor Site Plan amendment per County Code Chapter 18, Article IV, Section 32.2e. The final location of the proposed Switchgear Building may be adjusted in coordination with RWSA's ongoing Master Planning efforts. These adjustments, however, will not change the general location of the project from the area North/Northeast of the existing Switchgear and Generator Buildings. This Letter of Revision is for the existing Site Plan, SDP #202100038 (MCAWRRF In -Plant Clarifier and Lime Silo Demolition; approved July 271h, 2021.)
