The applicant requests relief from Section 4.5.10 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the frontage
required for a freestanding sign from 100 to 67 feet, a variance of 33 feet. To allow the location of
a freestanding sign on Hydraulic Road which names the development.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., in
