The County doesn't actually sign a deed for right-of-way dedication. The dedication is shown on the plat, so once the
County approves the plat and you get it recorded, the right-of-way gets created. You only need to submit paper copies
of the plat with notarized owner signatures to us for approval.

I am fine with adding that boundary line adjustment to the plat so that the new 40 acre parcel meets its minimum
frontage requirements. You'll just need to be sure that the owners of 12600-00-00-021BO have a statement of consent
to division and signature panel added to the SUB2020000186 plat so that they can sign the plat prior to County approval.
Also, once you've made the revisions to the plat, please send me a PDF copy. VDOT still needs to grant approval, they
had requested changes during the last review. So I'll need to send this to them for another review.

I approved SUB202000186, that one is good to go. I have everything necessary for the review of SUB202100023 but that
one has not been approved. Once I receive the subdivision request I can send the approval shortly thereafter.

they're proposing:
• SUB202000186 is creating two lots (the 38.544 acre parcel, and the 40.208 acre parcel. VDH has approved the
soils reports for that division/those two parcels and nothing further is needed.
• SUB202100023 is then going to divide the 40.208 acre parcel into two, with one parcel measuring 13.2 acres the
other measuring 26.9 acres.
o From what I can tell, the soils reports approved for SUB202000186 did not show drainfield locations for
those two parcels, so the applicant still needs another report before I can approve SUB202100023. Do
you agree, or did the soils report that you just approved for SUB202000186 cover all three parcels?
