The dedication is shown on the plat, so once the County approves the plat and you get it recorded, the right-of-way gets created. You'll just need to be sure that the owners of 12600-00-00-021BO have a statement of consent to division and signature panel added to the SUB2020000186 plat so that they can sign the plat prior to County approval. Also, once you've made the revisions to the plat, please send me a PDF copy. VDOT still needs to grant approval, they had requested changes during the last review. So I'll need to send this to them for another review. Let me know if that makes sense.
