The Department provided comments for the site plan amendment SDP-2021-00023 for this project on 16 April 2021. According to Comment 1, approving this plat will make the entrance off Varick St will be a commercial entrance, as defined by Section 4, Appendix F of the Road Design Manual. This plat is generally acceptable. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
