It is advisable that you withdraw the current BLA and submit a new submittal/application and fee with the subdivision proposal. I'd utilize all comments from the Jan 3rd review and this email to assure your current proposal has less review comments when reviewed. Below is the application: this application can either be a preliminary plat or a final plat—reason being is there are only 3 lots total, thus based no state code you can go straight to final. SUB Application 2) The property is not in the jurisdictional area for Public Water and Sewer. Thus you'll merely need a well and septic per lot, to be approved by VDH prior to subdivision plat approval. 3) Per conversations with the subdivision agent TMP 31-21 D doesn't need the public road extended to it, nor does it need any street frontage; rather,because it is existing non-conforming now and not involved with the subdivision it can remain as is. The only lot that needs the road extended too was TMP 31-21 B, which we already discussed would happen with a BLA of that parcel and TMP 31-21A (this BLA would also avoid a remnant lot/spike strip).
