Tim,
I do not ever remember discussing a refund with you. Notably, it doesn't make any since you would get a refund. The
review was completed for SUB2017-196/197,thus the fee has been utilized for the review. I merely advised you to
withdraw it and use those comments to revise the plat before you submitted it under as a plat going to SRC.

Chris,
Have you been able to issue a refund for the first plat application?
I reviewed the archive files for the 2007 site plan amendment to see if they had any critical slopes disturbance. All I
could find was the checklist indicated critical slopes waiver was not required.
I looked at the location of the current critical slopes and it appears they are for the existing slope between the road and
the parking,which is shown as proposed grading on the 2007 site plan amendment.
We are not disturbing those slopes for this project so a waiver should not be required.
Let me know what your thoughts are.
