As we discussed on the phone, we originally received two easement plat applications (which our office identifies as "SUB201700158" and "SUB201700159"). We determined during the review that only one plat is needed, so I am confirming for the record that we are putting the approved plat under SUB201700158 and then withdrawing SUB201700159. I would prefer to keep the 2 plats as I sent them to you yesterday and ask the County to sign the "hollymead-esmt plat.pdf" as soon as possible since we have it signed by the Owner and surveyor. Before I loop-in David Benish, I want to make sure we're getting everything you need on this. First, if the "hollymeade-esmt plat.pdf' has been signed by the owner,then it looks ready to be signed by the County. Please submit it to Community Development and I'll give them the heads up to let me know when it has arrived. On the "hollymeade-private drainage.pdf" plat, I can't see where we ever received the updated 11-30-17 version. I've attached scans of the plats we received and labeled them by date. From what I can tell,the waterline easement on the 9-18-17 plat was later integrated into the 11-30-17 r-o-w dedication plat (and that's why we never saw the revised 11- 30-17 private drainage easement plat). So, I'm assuming the plan was to just record the private drainage easement on its own (w/o County approval). Is that right? There are a few notes missing from the "hollymeade-private drainage.pdf' plat(dated 11-30-17) before the County could sign it.Alternatively, the private drainage easement could be integrated into the 11-30-17 waterline and r-o-w dedication plat. Again, I just want to make sure you get everything you need. How would you like to proceed? J.T. Attached is the latest confirmation email from ACSA that the easement plat is acceptable. However, it does not appear to be associated with the hotel I'm working on (SDP2017-46). Since there have been at least two other hotels proposed on other lots along Timbwood Blvd. if you have worked on, or will be working on, one of them could you look at the attached plats and see if they are associated with your work? I tried to search by TMP but I did not succeed. The TMPs have probably changed...
