Hi Kenny,
Attached are comments from VDOT. I have not yet received comments from ACSA or Engineering.
Here are comments from Planning. I can review of.pdf of the revisions.
This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.2 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
SUB201700158—Right of Way Dedication Plat
1. Section 14-302(A)(4) and (5)—Please add the name of the owner of record for all of the easements shown.
2. Section 14-302(A)(15)—Please add the names and addresses of the owners wherever required by this section.
3. Section 14-302(6)(5)—Please add the Airport Impact Area, Entrance Corridor, and Steep Slopes(Managed)
overlay districts to Note 5.
4. Section 14-303(A)—Please add the statement required by this section.
5. Section 14-303(L)—Please add the sight distance easements shown on the site plan to this plat. I've attached an
exhibit.
6. Section 14-303(0) and Section 14-303(P)—Please add a signature line for the owner and a notary panel.
7. Section 14-317—Please provide deeds for all of the easements outside of the right-of-way.
SUB201700159—ACSA Waterline Easement Plat
1. Section 14-302(A)(4)and (5)—Please add the name of the owner of record for all of the easements shown.

Hi Kenny,
I am the Planner that can assist you with these easement plats.They are associated with the final site plan,
SDP201600072—Staybridge Suites.
Please submit a separate application and separate fee for each easement plat. You should select the "easement plats
required with a site plan" on each application form.
Please thoroughly review the application checklist before submitting these plats for review, especially with respect to
the required notes. For example, I do not see the zoning districts shown on the drafted plats.This information is
available online through our GIS system: http://gisweb.albemarle.org/Map/Viewer.aspx?state=888677269718
