proposed permanent cooking facilities will not be used to establish a second separate, independent dwelling unit on
the property. I understand that only one dwelling unit is permitted within the structure [or on the property.] I also
understand that this is not a two family dwelling or an accessory apartment. Further, the use of one of the cooking
facilities as part of a residence for someone other than a family member does establish a separate household. This
finding would result in a determination by the Albemarle County Zoning Administrator that a second dwelling unit
has been established in violation of Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
