As you'll see noted on the plan attached, there are some alternative tree locations that are likely non -viable. In which case, Planning and ARB staff agreed that the removal of those trees - indicated with a bold red highlight'Y' - from their original and alternative location is acceptable given the current circumstances. One item that we wanted to revisit was the fencing and landscaping on the back side of the property given where the property line is located and civil/landscape design. Next Tuesday, our paving and striping should be complete (with the exception of the Vivace side that we discussed) and should have the fencing in place. Would you be available Tuesday to revisit this area and review other items?
