RE: Barr Plat for Lots 11, 12, and 14
Dear Mr. Stewart:
I have reviewed the above-noted administrative plat and offer the
following comments:
• Owners' and surveyor's signature is required.
• Revise note eleven to read:
"The residue of Tax Map 63, Parcel 30 retains
three division rights and not more than an aggregate of 17.05
acres can be used for those division rights. Lots 11, 12, and
14 may not be further divided."
This note is necessitated by the provisions of rural preservation
development, specifically, Section 10.3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
