Rick Beyer has alerted me of the changes he made to the above
noted plan. I have reviewed this submittal and find it
acceptable. Rick has informed me today that this landscaping has
been in place since last fall, probably last September.

Dear Yolanda:
I am submitting a revised landscape plan for my office. While I know
this one is significantly different, I feel that it accomplishes the
goals as set forth by the planning department.
The white pines and screen trees that were designed to screen the access
to the north of my property are in place and the pines for screening
and the large maple trees that line my entrance road are in place. All
other large trees around the building were replaced with smaller flowering
f
trees. I put smaller trees all around the west side of the building
to view the pastures across Route 250 and Browns Mountain and Monticello.
The trees lining the northeast side of my upper parking lot are of a
smaller variety to allow occupants of a building that will be built on
lot 4 to look over top of my building and have a view of Monticello and
Brown's Mountain. I also planted two small groupings of orchard trees
for human consumption and to attract wild life.
I feel that the new plantings still give the required amount of canopy
cover and necessary screening but do it in a fashion that is suitable
to my taste.
