(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Review Comments: 1. [32.5.2 (s)] Please add the application number, SDP202100077, to the project title on Sheet C-01. State that this is minor site plan amendment to SDP202000062 in the title. 2. [32.6.2(i) and 4.12.61 Provide additional evidence to confirm the proposed net square footage of office space as shown in the parking calculations table on Sheet C-04. Please email floor plans or other evidence to confirm the amount of parking required. 3. [32.6.20) and 32.7.9.4] Please include the conservation checklist which appears to have been included with SDP202000062 but was removed on Sheet C-04A. Albemarle County Engineering Services— John Anderson, janderson2@albemarle.org—Requested changes, see below. 1. Remove C-05 ESC elements from the Minor Amendment. Preserve grading elements. 2. Remove C-05A, C-05B from the Minor Amendment; relocate to WPO Plan. 3. Submit a WPO plan since area of land disturbance > 10,000 SF. a. Note: WPO plan review and approval is required prior to MIA approval. 4. C-03: Recommend show and label stream buffer. 5. C-04B: Recommend coordinate private septic design with VDH /VDEQ. County does not coordinate review of, or issue permits for, private septic systems, and has but limited role with central sewerage systems. This is not a central sewerage system. Albemarle County Building Inspections — Betty Slough, mdellineer@albemarle.org - Requested changes, see below. 1. Add the following note to the general notes page: Retaining walls greater than 3 feet in height require a separate building permit. Walls exceeding 4 feet in height require a stamped engineered design also. Walls require inspections as outlined in the USBC. 2. Add the following note to the general notes page: Accessible parking spaces, access isles, and accessible route shall be installed in accordance with ICC ANSI A117.1-09 and the 2015 Virginia Construction Code. Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) - Adam Moore, adam.moore&vdot.vir iginia.gov —No objection. Albemarle County Architectural Review Board — Khristopher Taggart, ktaeeart@albemarle.org — Review pending. Comments will be forwarded to the Applicant upon receipt.
