HALL and BARBARA A. HALL (together, the "Grantors"), and LARRY B. HALL, BARBARA A. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: All references to "SDP-2019-00033" shall be removed and replaced with "SDP- 2020-00067". 2. Exhibit "A" of the Original Deed of Easement shall be removed and replaced with the Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. 3. . Except as expressly modified herein, the parties agree that all other provisions of the Original Deed of Easement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
