Three(3)total Letters of Revision can be approved for each site before a minor site plan amendment is required. The changes include the following: 1. Clarify that lots 33 and 15 are corner lots,not double frontage. (See Exhibits A&B) 2. Remove the screening fence shown for lots 33 & 15 adjacent to Fowler Dive. (See Exhibits A& B) 3. Relocate the driveway curb-cut over to Fowler Drive making lot 33 a side-loading garage unit,continuing to front on Fowler Circle. (See Exhibit A) 4. Extend Retaining wall behind Lot 1 TH slightly into the open space. It should be noted here that the final plat shows the retaining wall easement extends well into the open space so no change is required for the easement.
