Dear Applicant,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the site changes proposed in Belvedere Phase 5A on the
above referenced site plan. The approved LOR drawings are attached with a County stamp and approval
date of October 27, 2021.
This is the first(1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three(3)total Letters of Revision can be approved
for each site before a minor site plan amendment is required. Depending on the scope of work proposed,
any future changes may necessitate a minor or major site plan amendment as opposed to a Letter of
Revision.

RE: Belvedere 5A Final Site Plan- LETTER OF REVISION (LOR #1)
Dear Mr. LangiIle,
Please consider this letter and attachments as our request for a letter-of-revision amendment to
the referenced site plan. The changes include the following:
1. Clarify that lots 33 and 15 are corner lots,not double frontage. (See Exhibits A&B)
2. Remove the screening fence shown for lots 33 & 15 adjacent to Fowler Dive. (See
Exhibits A& B)
3. Relocate the driveway curb-cut over to Fowler Drive making lot 33 a side-loading garage
unit,continuing to front on Fowler Circle. (See Exhibit A)
4. Extend Retaining wall behind Lot 1 TH slightly into the open space. It should be noted
here that the final plat shows the retaining wall easement extends well into the open space
so no change is required for the easement. (See Exhibit C)
