Hi Beth, I'm handling this review and should have comments to you by Tuesday of next week.
My one question after reviewing the monument sign was if there would be any landscaping around the base of the sign.
I can see on the plan document that there are trees to be planted within that strip, but it's not clear if there will be any
understory vegetation. Please let me know. If there are any plantings around the base, we prefer a render showing the
area around the sign.

Hi Beth,
Can you provide a slightly revised sign details sheet that shows the length of the "Holiday Inn" portion of the sign,
which is the same length for the "Express" portion) as well as the length of the "& Suites" portion? This will allow me to
verify the total sign area as being 120.76' that is written by calculating via the channel letters method.
I calculate the max allowed aggregate wall sign area (based on the building having multiple frontages) to be 312 sq.ft,
which the proposed should fall within.
