In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 1. [32.5.2(a)] Tax map parcel. The first sheet of the plan currently lists only the neighboring parcel under the Tax Map/Parcel notes. Please revise these notes to include the tax map and parcel number of the subject property on which the proposed improvements are located (e.g. TMP 77-38B). 2. [32.5.2(n)] Proposed improvements. a. On the first Sheet, expand the area labeled "Proposed Change to Site Plan" to align with the proposed limits of disturbance shown on the second sheet. b. If a structure or building is to be constructed on the proposed "Concrete Pad for Switchgear Building," please revise the note to make it clear that a structure is proposed. In addition, provide the proposed dimensions and height of the proposed building. Note: Per Sec. 26.4 for Industrial zoning districts, the height of the structure cannot exceed 65 feet. 3. [32.5.2(n)] Sheet number. LORs are meant to supplement previously approved site plans. In the previously approved site plan, Sheet C 13 was used to demonstrate the detailed demolition of two in -plant clarifiers and areas around them. The proposed LOR Sheet should not replace the aforementioned Sheet C 13 of the approved plan, as is. Please revise the sheet to either include information reviewed and approved on the original sheet, or rename the sheet such that it acts as an attachment, or new sheet, within the previously approved plan. 4. [Comment] Reminder that revised plans must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plan. These dates should be consistent across all sheets included in the revised plan. Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) Matthew Wendand, mwentland(a)Abemarle.org — Requests changes 1. The VSMP plan (WPO202100055) will need to be approved prior to LOR approval. Albemarle County Architectural Review Board (ARB) Khristopher Taggart, ktaeeartQalbemarle.org—No Objection. Proposed changes not expected to be visible from the EC. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may be found under "Government" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
