The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on July 7, 2020, recommended denial of the
above -noted petition to the Board of Supervisors.
The Planning Commission recommended denied by a vote of 6:0 for the sidewalk modification request for
the reasons stated in the staff report.
The Planning Commission recommended denied by a vote of 6:0 for the strip modification request for the
reasons stated in the staff report.
The Planning Commission recommended denied by a vote of 6:0 for the curb and gutter exception
request for the reasons stated in the staff report.
