ACSA (Richard Nelson):
General
1. Water and sewer data sheets have been provided with this submittal.
2. Comment acknowledged. Anticipated construction date of Phase II is November 2021 and is expected to be
completed within two years. Projected Phase II flow is 36,180 gpd.
3. Comment acknowledged. Plan has been submitted to the RWSA for approval.
4. Comment acknowledged.
5. Sanitary sewer has been re-routed to reduce depth of pipes. Sewer depths have been reduced to about 11' max. in
the front yard areas and pipes deeper than SO' have been specified as DIP.
Sheets
1. Per direction from Alex Morrison at the ACSA, bollard Tooter depth has been reduced to IS below finished
grade. Proposed bollard Tooter has been shown and labeled on the emergency access road waterline profile to show
clearance from proposed waterline.
2. MH-19 is needed to serve the future development. The Phase III development area is really tight in this area between
Renwick Lane and McComb Street, so we'll need this additional manhole to be able to serve the Phase III area north
of MH-19. The existing manhole going up Dupree Street will serve townhouses/apartments along the Phase I portion
of the alley.
3. Valve along Renwick Lane, next to Lot 14, has been relocated outside of the pavement.
4. Phase III layout has not yet been determined.
Sheet 6
1. 6" T.S.&V has been specified for the connection to the existing 6" waterline along Cling Lane. Note added to Sheet 6
stating a scheduled shutdown will need to be coordinated with the ACSA to cut and cap the portion of the 6" water
main to be abandoned.
2. Reducer has been relocated past the proposed fire hydrant in front of Lot 140.
Sheet 7
1. With the re-routing of the sanitary sewer, an access easement in this area is no longer necessary.
Sheet 13
1. Vertical waterline bends along Renwick Lane have been relocated out from under the storm crossings.
Sheet 15
1. Amount of cover has been reduced from MH-24 to EX-Mh-5.
2. Casing pipe has been extended on each side of the roadway to the toe of road embankment slope.
E911 (Elise Kiewra):
1. Camden Lane has been replaced with the name Renwick Lane.
