Adequate justification per Section 14-237 of the Subdivision Ordinance was not provided to grant a waiver of Section 14-514 Table A for a reduction in private road standards for three to five lots. This decision may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by filing a written request with the Director of Planning and Community Development along with a fee of $240 within ten calendar days of the decision.
