RE: SUB-02-195 Gilmore Emerson Waldman Estate Final Plat and Waiver
Dear Sir:
The Planning Commission at its meeting of September 17, 2002 for the following reasons denied the
development proposal referenced above:
1. Adequate justification per Section 14-237 of the Subdivision Ordinance was not provided to
grant a waiver of Section 14-514 Table A for a reduction in private road standards for three
to five lots.
This decision may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by filing a written request with the
Director of Planning and Community Development along with a fee of $240 within ten calendar
days of the decision. (Subdivision Ordinance Section 14-226)
