The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on
July 1, 1986 , unanimously denied approval of the above-noted
final plat. This plat was denied on the grounds that the
proposed road access to the site does not constitute safe
and convenient access to the site and is not consistent with
sound engineering practices.
