Roudabush, Gale, & Associates, Inc. 914 Monticello Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: Parcel M, Forest Lakes South Dear Tom: This letter is to inform you that the plat for the above referenced parcel cannot be approved as submitted. We understand from the plat that he lot to be created contains a house that is served by an existing right-of- way or easement. The creation of this lot requires public road frontage or approval by the Planning Commission for a private road or approval of a waiver by the Planning Commission(See Section 14-505 of the subdivision ordinance). In addition, Health Department approval of the septic system is also required (Sec. 14-310). As you know, this lot is shown as a new lot to be created on the recently approved Forest Lakes South Q, R, & S preliminary plat. Public road plans are under review by VDOT for that section and I am hopeful that approval will be achieved at soon so that this lot can be platted as a phase 1 final plat for that section of Forest Lakes South. Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you have any questions or require additional information.
