Thank you for your comments dated October 15, 2021 on the above referenced project. The plans have been revised per the following to
fully address your few remaining comments:
General
1. This comment is acknowledged. Also, sheet 1's VSMP Amendment #4 note #1 has been added to the plans in the bottom -center
portion of the page.
2. This comment is acknowledged. Also, sheet 1's VSMP Amendment #4 note #2 has been added to the plans in the bottom -center
portion of the page.
3. This comment is acknowledged. Also, sheet 1's VSMP Amendment #4 note #3 has been added to the plans in the bottom -center
portion of the page.
4. A DEQ permit modification has been submitted with this plan. Please note, the previously provided, reviewed and accepted
stormwater management calculations packet accounted for the increased limits of disturbance. These calculations remain
applicable.
5. This comment is acknowledged. Also, sheet 1's VSMP Amendment #4 note #4 has been added to the plans in the bottom -center
portion of the page.
6. The applicant anticipates a VSMP approval with this resubmittal. In accordance with this comment, the revision bubbles and
labels have been removed from this plan.
7. The notes referenced in the comment letter have been removed from sheet 1.
A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
1. The updated SWPPP has been submitted with this plan.
B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP)
1. The updated PPP exhibit has been provided with this resubmittal.
C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
1. Sheet 11 has been added to the plans. This sheet shows the drainage structures CO D, YD E, YD F and YD G. Sheet 11 also
includes a newly added note in the middle -left portion of the page that reads, `with the construction of the homes, the contractor
shall tie the roof & foundation drains for lots 32,33 & 34 into the yard drain system YD G — CO D along Lindley Place.'
2. The drainage design/descriptions for phase II are shown in the bottom -left comer of sheet 11. The applicant kindly requests this
update be sufficient to address this WPO comment. Inlet drainage maps, profiles and worksheets are not typically shown on VSMP
plans and are typically provided with final site plans, which this project currently has an amendment under review at the County
(SDP 202100023).
3. The phreatic line used to define the saturation zone is now shown on sheet 10's Basin B Section'. Also, `Anti -Seepage Collar
Notes' have been added to sheet 10 in the upper -middle portion of the page mandating the collars' installation. The collars are also
shown on the aforementioned profile and a detail has been added to the set.
4. Sheet 10's Basin B Section' has been updated to include the retaining wall adjacent to it.
5. This comment is acknowledged.
D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESOP)
1. Sheet 1's VSMP Amendment #4 note #5 has been added to the plans in the bottom -center portion of the page addressing this
comment.
2. Sheet 3's `Erosion Control Notes & Narrative' has been revised to address this comment. The subsection entitled `Purpose' now
correctly lists the updated 7.53 acres of land disturbance. Also, the note # 11 under the subsection entitled `Sequence of
Construction' has been updated and now no longer references an underground detention system.
3. Sheet 5 has been updated and no longer proposes a retaining wall. Sheets 5 and 5A now show a diversion (in ESC phase II) and the
alley's curb (in ESC Phase III) with positive slope draining to a temporary slope drain.
