The lots have been altered,but 1 still question the necessity of doing so. Section 4.2.1 of the ordinance clearly speaks to 20-foot contour intervals Critical slopes are those greater than 25%(vertical distanceThorizontal distance). Using 20-foot. contour intervals.0.25=20'/horizontal distance. Solving for the horizontal distance,critical slopes - are determined wherever there is less than 80'between the 20'contour intervals prescribed by the ordinance. Offsetting the 20'contour intervals 80'you will find that the critical slopes on lot 19 are as shown. 3)Additional structures were added at the intersections ot'Foxvale Lane and Lake Tree Court.
