ALL TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FINAL SITE STABILIZATION, WHEN MEASURES ARE NO LONGER NEEDED, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY EROSION CONTROL INSPECTOR. 21. PERMANENT VEGETATION SHALL BE INSTALLED ON ALL DENUDED AREAS WITHIN NINE (9) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE THE LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITY COMMENCED. (WATER PROTECTION ORDINANCE SECTION 17-207B) GENERAL NOTES 1. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR AS BUILT DOCUMENTATION, AS REQUIRED BY THE LOCALITY.
