THE ALLOWABLE RELEASE RATE FOR THE 1 YEAR FOR THE REMAINING DISTURBED AREA IS 0.82 CFS. NO DETENTION MEASURES
ARE APPLIED TO THIS DRAINAGE RESULTING IN A RELEASE RATE OF 0.84.
POI 1 AND THE REMAINING UNDETAINED DISTURBED AREA REACH THE SAME ULTIMATE POI IN THE DOWNSTREAM DRAINAGE
SYSTEM. THEREFORE, THE OVERDETENTION OF POI OF 2.52 CFS WITH AN ALLOWABLE RELEASE RATE OF 2.80 CFS IS IN
EXCESS OF THE ALLOWABLE RELEASE RATE. THE COMBINED ALLOWABLE RELEASE RATES FOR POI 1 AND THE UNDETAINED
DISTURBED AREA IS 2.80 + 0.82 = 3.62 CFS, THE PROPOSED RELEASE RATE FOR POI AND THE UNDETAINED DISTURBED AREA IS
2.52 +0.84 = 3.36 CFS. THEREFORE, THE SITE IS COMPLIANT FOR ENERGY BALANCE AND MEETS CHANNEL PROTECTION
REQUIREMENTS.
