Dear Mr. Wright & Mr. Kessler:
This letter is to inform you that on August 10, 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-82-40 was approved. This variance approval allows
relief from Section 4. 12.6.5 to allow 53.41 feet between curbs in a
parking lot; a variance of 7 1/4 inches or .6 foot.
