Frank, here are my comments for the Merrick property. I have not sent these to the applicant, please let me know if
you'd like me to send directly to them.
Notes regarding plat edit with associated section of ordinance:
• 14-302.B.7— include note regarding water supply watershed and Ag-Forest district
• 14-303.1 — bearing/distance ties— label boundary markers
• 14-303.0 — include signature panels for owner/agent
• 14-303.P— include notary panels to acknowledge owner signature
• 14-303.A— include statement of consent to division, above owner signature: `The platting or dedication of the
following described land [tax map parcel] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the
undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any."
• 14-314 — identify vacated easement as private or public
