Tim,
I can't remember if I already sent you these comments, so if I did, disregard. These are the comments for the plat you
submitted on December 23rd, showing the boundary line adjustment between Dr. Hurt and Wendell Wood, you say, "for
Tax Map 32 Parcels 41D, 44D, 45 and 46". These are from Keith.

Final tentative approval from the Department of Building Code and Zoning Services will be subject to the following
conditions: (The following conditions are those that have been identified at this time. Additional conditions may be added
or eliminated based on further review.)
1. [14-302(q)] Note the zoning for each parcel and delineate the zoning district line on the plat.
2. [14-302(q)] The coversheet notes parcels 44D and 46 are included within this boundary line adjustment. Neither of
these parcel are included with this adjustment. Please revise the note on the plat to state only parcels 41 D, 44, and 45.
