Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gardner:
At their meeting on November 12, 2002, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted (4:0) to
grant a different variance from the variance requested. The Board approved a 28 feet
front variance so the carport can align with the house at 47 feet from the right of way,
and it also approved a 3 foot side variance from either side for the same carport or one
that is similar with the following condition:
• The variance is for the existing carport only. Any future structures shall meet the
setback regulations at that time.
