Dear Amelia:
As you know, we represent Mr. and Mrs. Cannon in connection with the above-
referenced BZA application. We want to bring to your attention that there is a brick cottage
behind the house. Currently, the cottage is 60 feet from the existing right-of way. This, of
course, means that the cottage is a non-conforming structure. By relocating the road as proposed
by our clients, the non-conformity will be resolved.
Please let me know if you have received any comments from the public to date
concerning this application.
