Maloy 1144 Reas Ford Road Earlysville, VA 22936 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-2002-025 - Tax Map 32A, Section 3-B, Parcel 17 Dear Mr. Maloy: At their meeting on October 1, 2002, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted (4:0) to deny your variance request to reduce the side yard setback from 25 feet to 7 feet to allow the addition of a garage and master bedroom to an existing dwelling. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have the right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision, in accordance with Section 15.2-2314 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not file a timely appeal, this decision shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only by filing a petition specifying the grounds on which aggrieved with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
