Dear Mr. Dracopoli:
This letter is to approve as a letter of revision the addition of a concrete pad, generator,
and enclosure, as shown and described in the redlined plan and letter of explanation
submitted November 30, 2006 (attached). This is your second letter of revision for this
site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to
the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. If

Dear Mr. Pennock:
This letter is to request a Letter of Revision for a change to the approved
site plan for Peter Jefferson Place I to allow for an enclosed concrete pad to house a
standby generator. The location is shown on the attached site plan, sheet 6 of 17, and is
immediately adjacent to the existing dumpster pad. The enclosure will be 13'2" x 12'0"
with a masonry wall 6'9" high. Two wooden gates will be located on the north side of
the pad and will be painted Georgetown green to match the dumpster gates. The masonry
walls will match the existing dumpster screen walls. The enclosure must be on the north
side of the dumpster pad as there are buried utility lines on the western and southern
sides.
This addition will be almost invisible from Route 250 East due to the
topography. The generator is 6'0" high and will therefore be completely screened by the
walls. One maple tree will be removed in order to accommodate this enclosure but the
site is so heavily landscaped that its loss will be insignificant.
I think you will agree this is a very minor revision to the site plan with an
insignificant impact on the building and the site. I hope you will therefore be able to
issue the Letter of Revision in the very near future. Should you have any questions, need
